The Baltimore Ravens dismantled the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football 35-10. From opening kickoff to the final whistle, the Bills never had a shot against this focused Ravens team.

Pundit Explains Derrick Henry’s Fourth Quarter Usage Against Steelers

Baltimore had quite the offensive and defensive performance, showcasing their talents to the rest of the league. It was a statement win for sure and the league will take notice and the Ravens will be evaluated and planned for accordingly.

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and running back Derrick Henry stole the show. While the two of them were rockstars, there were several winners from last night’s victory over Buffalo. The whole team could have been the universal winner, but that felt like too much cheating.

Here are this week’s winners from a dominant win over the Bills.

4 of the most obvious winners in Ravens 35-10 victory over Bills

4. The entire Baltimore defense

Give credit where credit is due. The passing defense came into the game as the worst in the NFL. Don’t tell that to the players, though; they might take it personally. Baltimore’s defense held Bills quarterback Josh Allen to 180 passing yards, sacking him three times and hitting him eight more.

The league-leading rushing defense did its thing again last night, holding Buffalo to 81 rushing yards on 23 carries. They smothered the Bills’ offense all night long and never took their foot off the gas. This is the defense Ravens fans have been accustomed to seeing, so it’s nice to get a sighting finally.

3. The Ravens offensive line

Coming into the game, the offensive line had major question marks. Ravens starting center Tyler Linderbaum was a game-time decision and Andrew Vorhees was ruled out. Rookie tackle Roger Rosengarten made his first start too. Even through all that fog, the Ravens navigated the dangers of the Bills’ defensive line and dominated in every fashion.

The pass blocking was very good, but the run blocking was exceptional, flawless, one could say. Baltimore put up 271 more rushing yards on their opponents Sunday night, and it feels like this is just the beginning. Great effort from the O-line last night.

2. Lamar Jackson

Lamar Jackson just continues to astonish. Fresh off his second MVP award, he still feels like he has a lot to prove. Well, he’s certainly letting his play on the field do the talking. Jackson was ever-efficient, completing 13 passes on 18 attempts for 156 yards and two passing touchdowns.

He also added 54 rushing yards on six carries and ran in another touchdown just for fun. This guy is electric and he’s starting to find his groove here over the past week or two.

1. Derrick Henry

When you set a franchise record, it’s tough not to be a winner, let alone an obvious one. Coming off a 151-yard rushing performance against the Dallas Cowboys, Ravens running back Derrick Henry topped that mark and then some against the Bills.

On the first offensive snap for the Ravens, ‘King’ Henry took the ball 87 yards to the house, setting a new franchise record for longest rushing touchdown in Baltimore history. He finished the night with 199 rushing yards and a rushing and receiving touchdown.
