Many celebrities have been name-dropped during the first three weeks of the trial

DAY 15 of Sean “Diddy” Combs federal trial got off to a rocky start after a supporter of the disgraced music exec was thrown out of the gallery for screaming a message to him in court.

The unidentified woman was immediately removed by court officers after she appeared to yell at Combs from the back of the courtroom, “Diddy, their coming after you, those motherf***ers.”

The scheduled 9 am daily start time was delayed by roughly 30 minutes as prosecutors and the defense discussed evidentiary issues before the jury was allowed in the courtroom.

Prosecutors alerted Judge Arun Subramanian about an man who broke the pseudonym order for Combs’ ex-assistant Mia.

The man, who was not named, was in the main gallery on Monday during Mia’s cross-examination and used her real name in a YouTube video, the prosecution said.

Judge Subramanian banned the man from attending any future proceeding.

Meanwhile, the defense argued that the March 2016 InterContinental hotel footage that shows Combs attacking his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, not be shown to the jury again, claiming the surveillance footage is “unduly prejudicial.”

“The way the video is cut makes it appear that Mr. Combs came right after Ms. Ventura and she didn’t,” Teny Geragos, one of Combs’ defense attorneys, argued.

Prosecutors are expected to call forth a video expert today to explain the correct sequence of events in the security footage.

On Monday, lead prosecutor Maurene Comey accused Combs’ defense attorney Brian Steel of harassing the government’s witness with his sarcastic questionings.

The witness, who is being referred to as Mia, underwent a grueling three days of testimony that is slated to wrap up before the end of the day on Monday.

During her hours-long testimony, Mia painted a disturbing picture for jurors about the sleep deprivation and violent environment she allegedly endured while working for Combs, 55.

At times, Mia was overcome by emotions when she confessed on the stand to the three times Combs allegedly sexually assaulted her.

When the jury was out of the room, Comey accused Steel of forcing Mia to undergo a “humiliating” cross-examination, claiming the defense attorney was being sarcastic and insulting her.

“We are crossing the threshold into prejudice and into harassing the witness,” Comey told Judge Subramanian.

“Our concern is if this victim is not protected from further harassment, it will deter other victims in other cases from testifying and telling the truth.”

However, Judge Subramanian disagreed with Comey to an extent, saying he did not think Steel’s questions were inappropriate.

“I have not heard any yelling or heard anything sarcastic,” the judge said.

But the judge did warn defense attorney Steel of being repetitive with his questions.

“Here’s the issue, there are lines of questionings. If you had asked one question and moved on that would be one thing, but you are often repeating the same thing multiple times,” Judge Subramanian told Steel.

“I agree with Ms. Comey where the tone is improper.”

Combs is facing five criminal charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Eddy Garcia testified that when he arrived upstairs of the high rise, Combs was waiting him for “smiling.”

“Mr. Combs was smiling, called me, Eddy my Angel. My voice was cracking so I said I was coming down with something,” Garcia said.

“Mr. Combs told Kristina to go get me some of the tea that he liked. Then he asked, Do you have it? I said yes and handed it to him.”

When asked by prosecutors what Combs did after, Garcia said, “He left, came back. He asked if it was the only copy.

“Mr. Combs said it had to be the only copy, nothing in the cloud. I called Mr. Medrano and he said it was the only copy, he took it off the server.”

Eddy Garcia testified how Bill Medrano, his supervisor, eventually went into the server room, handed him a black USB, and said, “Done.”

“The video was in the USB,” Garcia told the courtroom.

Garcia told prosecutors after he was handed the USB he called Combs.

The former security guard testified that Combs wanted to meet up in West Los Angeles, “He said, ‘Let’s get it done.’ He wanted the video as soon as possible.”

“I told Bill Medrano, he told me to tell the others I was on an errand for him,” Garcia said.

Garcia described the meeting point as a high rise building, and when he arrived at the location, he called a number, and Combs’ security guard came down.

The security guard told him that “he kind of came up with Mr. Combs, that he was a good guy and I was doing a good thing,” Garcia testified.

While speaking to Combs on his personal phone, Garcia again informed him that he did not have access to the server, and could not obtain the surveillance footage that depicted Cassie’s assault.

“He told me he believed I could make it happen, he would take care of me,” Garcia said about his conversation with Combs.

When asked by prosecutors what he thought Combs meant by his comments, Garcia said, “Money for the video.”

The former security guard said he then reached out to his supervisor about it.

Garcia testified his supervisor, Bill Medrano, told him that he would “do it for fifty.”

“He’d give the video for $50,000,” he told the court about Medrano.

Garcia told prosecutors that Medrano reached out to Kristina Khorram, Combs’ chief of staff, who put the music executive on the phone.

Garcia said Combs called him, “Eddy my angel.”

“Mr, Combs told me, I knew you could do it. Let’s do it right away,” Garcia testified.

Eddy Garcia, the former security guard at the InterContinental Hotel, said the calls from Combs’ team continued, despite informing them he was unable to handover the surveillance footage to them.

Garcia said he got calls on his personal number.

When asked by prosecutors how he reacted, Garcia said, “nervous.”

“Ms. Khorram passed the phone to Mr. Combs again,” he testified.

Garcia said Combs told him that “he sounded like a good guy, that he could help. That something like this could ruin him. He wanted the video. He said if it got out it would ruin his career.”

Garcia said after initially speaking with Khorram, Combs’ chief of staff, he eventually received another call from her.

The former security guard told the court that this time, Khorram put Combs on the phone.

“He asked, ‘Do you know who I am?'” Garcia said Combs told him.

“I said yes. He asked for the video, said he had been intoxicated. I told him, I can’t give the video.”

Garcia recalled Combs’ was speaking fast and stuttering, “He sounded nervous.”

Eddy Garcia testified that about 90 mins into his shift, Combs’ chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, called the hotel security desk asking requesting the surveillance video.

Garcia said that Khorram asked him if “there was any possible way to get a copy of the video or see the video.”

The former security guard said Khorram wanted the video because Combs had been “intoxicated and didn’t remember exactly.”

Garcia told Khorram she needed to speak with management or file a subpoena to obtain the clip.

He said he informed Combs’ chief of staff off the record that he had seen the video, which he told her was “it’s bad.”

Garcia, the former security guard at the InterContinental hotel, testified that at the time of the domestic violence incident in March 2016, he did not recognize Sean Combs at first.

“When I looked closer, yes, it was Mr. Sean Combs,” Garcia told jurors.

Garcia said he eventually learned the second person involved in the incident was Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura.

Steel asked the former assistant if she ever sought medical help for her injuries, which Mia said no because she would not have been allowed.

When asked if she ever took photos of her injuries, Mia again said no.

And when asked if she screamed during the incident, the ex-assistant said, “No. I was in shock.”

Defense attorney Steel returned to the messages Mia sent to Kristina Khorram, Combs’ chief of staff, in December 2016 after learning Revolt Films was being shut down.

Revolt Films was a Combs-owned flm business where Mia worked as a director of development and acquisitions for his film business.

“My entire world was being ripped away from me immediately,” the former assistant said on the stand on Monday.

“And even if in hindsight that would was awful, I didn’t know it at the time.”

Steel asked if she wanted to continue working for Combs at the time, despite the alleged abuse, Mia responded, “I wanted to continue following my dreams.

The victim responded, “I have no idea when I first mentioned it, except that it was after I had representation.”

Steel then scolded Mia, “You intend to sue Mr. Combs for compensation? You want money?” to which the victim denied.
