With a star-studded defense in 2023, the Baltimore Ravens finished the 2023 regular season with a triple crown NFL record as the first team in history to lead the league in points allowed (16.5 per game), sacks (60), and takeaways (31).

All that success means players on the defensive side of the ball will be paid, here’s the top five highest-paid players by AAV on defense for the 2024 season

The Five Highest-Paid Defenders for the Baltimore Ravens in 2024

5. OLB Tyus Bowser ($7.5 Million)

Tyus Bowser signed a four-year, $22,000,000 contract with the Baltimore Ravens in 2021, including a $8,000,000 signing bonus, $12,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary (AAV) of $5,500,000. In 2024, Bowser will earn a base salary of $5,500,000 while carrying a cap hit of $7,500,000 and a dead cap value of $2,000,000.

Bowser is heavily rumored to be a cut candidate in Baltimore. For now, he’s the fifth-highest-paid defensive player
