The Vanity Fair Oscars party on Sunday night was a star-studded affair, with a long line of celebrities waiting to get in front of the cameras on the red carpet. One guest, a boomer, received a text from someone already inside and was confused by the phrase “It’s a real vibe.” Her husband explained that it meant it was a good atmosphere or a positive experience.

Legendary film director Steven Spielberg arrived with his publicist and made it clear that he didn’t want any pictures taken of him. He bypassed the crowded red carpet and went straight into the venue to enjoy the party.

Inside the party, the atmosphere was electric. Guests couldn’t help but notice NBA star LeBron James, who looked dapper in his ensemble and stood out among the crowd. He was seen sipping champagne and mingling with other celebrities, including Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, NBA teammate Anthony Davis, and sports agent Rich Paul.

Kylie Minogue, who had shows at the Venetian’s Voltaire in Las Vegas, took a break to attend the party. She mentioned that her Vegas audience never sits down, despite the presence of comfortable seats.

The party was filled with various pop culture pairings and interactions. Kim Kardashian was seen engaged in a lively conversation with Lindsay Lohan before leaving with rumored love interest Odell Beckham Jr. Chris Hemsworth hung out with his close friend Matt Damon, while Barry Keoghan and his girlfriend Sabrina Carpenter made their red carpet debut and later enjoyed the party together.

Russell Wilson and Ciara

Other notable attendees included Cardi B, Usher, Sydney Sweeney, Jeff Bezos, Jodie Foster, and Nathan Fielder. Jon Hamm was spotted dancing with his wife Anna Osceola and spending time with John Mulaney. Mulaney’s girlfriend, Olivia Munn, opted to go barefoot at the party, even in the outdoor area.

As the night came to an end, valets called out the names of the stars to retrieve their cars. A stand was also set up with coffee and donuts for waiting guests, including Jessica Alba, Billie Eilish, Adrien Brody, and Saweetie.

In a humorous moment, an attendant called out for Russell Wilson, the recently released Broncos quarterback, and his wife Ciara. They drove off in a Mercedes-Maybach with Colorado plates, leading to speculation about their destination as Wilson is rumored to be moving to the Steelers.

It seems that for some attendees, the focus of the night was more on the parties than the movies. One high-profile guest was overheard asking a friend, “Who won best picture?”
