Before taking the field against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill found himself in a heated confrontation with Miami-Dade police officers near Hard Rock Stadium. The incident, which also involved Hill’s teammate Calais Campbell, began when officers instructed Hill to roll down his window and remain in his vehicle.
Hill’s refusal escalated the situation, leading to officers forcibly removing him from the car and placing him in handcuffs. Commentator Jason Whitlock criticized Hill’s behavior on social media, characterizing the wide receiver as an “entitled child” for calling for his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, during the altercation.
Whitlock further condemned Hill’s actions as irresponsible, particularly given his numerous children and their mothers who rely on him.
Earlier this year, Tyreek Hill entered into the public feud between media personalities Jason Whitlock and Stephen A. Smith, siding with Smith.
Hill didn’t hold back, aiming a barb at Whitlock regarding his weight. Hill’s comment, “Bro, you shouldn’t be commenting on anything but snacks,” was a reply to a meme Whitlock posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
This conflict isn’t surprising given Whitlock’s history of criticizing Hill.
