I’m not gonna be quiet about this.” That one sentence from Taylor Swift lit the fuse — and what followed was nothing short of a cultural detonation. When she walked onstage beside Bruce Springsteen, arm in arm with defiance, the entire arena knew they were witnessing history. This wasn’t just a duet — it was a roar of rebellion, echoing through every chord, every lyric, every tear-filled cheer from the crowd. As “We Stand With You” signs flooded the air and the U.S. Musicians Union took their place in solidarity, music transformed into a movement — one that couldn’t, and wouldn’t, be silenced.

Several NFL teams are interested in signing the two-time Super Bowl winner

After winning two Super Bowls with the Kansas City Chiefs, cornerback L’Jarius Sneed desperately wants to stay with the team with free agency looming.

Sneed does not have a contract for next season yet, but has starred for the Chiefs during their consecutive Super Bowl titles.

Sneed has spent his entire professional career in Kansas City, after being drafted by the team in 2020.

Soon after the Chiefs Super Bowl victory over the 49ers, Sneed sent a clear message to Kansas City general manager Brett Veach: ‘Pay me.’

Several other teams are interested in attaining Sneed’s services, and the 27-year-old could be in store for a bigger payday if he does leave the Chiefs.

Yet, it is clear going for a third consecutive Super Bowl with the only NFL team he has played for is priority No 1 for Sneed.

‘Two is legendary, but three? You never get tired of getting rings,’ Sneed told KSHB. ‘Hopefully I’m with the Chiefs. Hopefully I’m still here and we can go back and repeat.’

The Chiefs have already placed their non-exclusive franchise tag on Sneed.

That gives Sneed the opportunity to negotiate with other teams. Before he can sign a contract elsewhere, the Chiefs can match or beat any other team’s offer to keep him in Kansas City.

Without Sneed, the Chiefs might have not won consecutive Super Bowls, as he was responsible for forcing Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers to fumble the ball during the final quarter of the AFC Championship game.

Sneed was playing last season on the final year of his $3.9million rookie contract.

The cornerback could more than quadruple that amount with his next contract.
