The WNBA has skyrocketed in popularity this season, with women like Angel Reese, Cameron Brink and Catilin Clark.

With a huge popularity bump means tons of interest from people, including Ravens Star QB and 2x MVP Lamar Jackson.

The Ravens QB had high praise for the WNBA, And shared his interest on attending a game in person.

“I would go to a game. I’ve been seeing highlights of crossovers. I’ve seen a couple of little nice little layups, flashy layups. So, I’m digging the WNBA a lot. I have to catch a game [in person]. I don’t know who I’m going to watch first, but I definitely have to catch a game.”

Lamar Jackson missed OTA’s which was a big talking point, he eventually did show up at OTA’s but he apparently lost a bonus with missing too many sessions.

Mike Florio reports that Jackson’s contract includes a condition where he must participate in 80% of offseason workouts to earn the $750,000 bonus, excluding of course mandatory minicamp. He has reportedly already missed too many sessions.

Lamar Jackson recently commented on rumors saying he lost money with not attending OTA’s.

“I never discuss my contract up here. I’m not about to start today. I’m focusing on just getting better and focusing on tomorrow. We just had a great practice. We’re just trying to keep it going. Then, when camp comes, camp is going to come.”

John Harbaugh wasn’t too concerned at the time with Jackson’s absence from OTA’s.

It’s this time of year. It’s a voluntary time. It’s really not something we comment on.
